2. User has to fill all the fields in the existing form with correct information.
Registration Procedure Steps:
Step 1: User official email must be a government email (@gov.in), Organisation name must be entered in full (no abbreviations are allowed), Personal mobile number must be correct so you can receive the One Time Password (OTP) required for completion of the verification process.
You will receive an email on the official email ID provided by you. An OTP will be sent on the personal mobile number provided by you when you click on the verification link provided to you on your email.
Step 2: Click the link sent to you in the email for your email and mobile verification and follow the instructions to complete the verification process.
Step 3: After completing the process to verify the email and mobile number complete the filling up of rest of the form and submit.
Step 4: After filling up & submission of the form you will have an option to print / save the PDF form. An email will be sent to your official email ID and PDF format of the filled up form which you will be required to print, sign and get approved by your HOD only in case of Defence Standards, but in case of Naval Standards you need approval of your HOD and IHQMOD(Navy)/PDEE, in case of Naval Construction Document you need approval of your HOD and IHQMOD(Navy)/PDNA. The Ink signed scan copy of registration form in PDF format is then required to be upload on the website using the link received by you by email after submission of your form.
Step 5: After DOS Admin approval of your request a confirmation will be send to you by email. Your userid will send you by email and password by sms on your registered official email and mobile number respectively.
