You have initiated the process of resetting your password. This process involves the following steps:-
(a) An email with reset password link will be sent to your registered Official Email ID.
(b) On clicking on this link, you will be redirected to the reset password page on the DOS website where you will be required to click on the send One Time Password (OTP) link. On doing so, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. You are advised to Deactivate Do Not Disturb (DND) Service on your mobile in order to receive the OTP. You will then be required to key in the OTP and submit. Please feed the OTP carefully because you will only get 03 attempts to do it correctly. If all your 03 attempts to key in the OTP correctly are unsuccessful, then you will be required to request resend of OTP.
(c) On successful key-in of OTP you will be re-directed to the page for key-in of the new password and confirm password. Successful completion of this process will result in change of your password.
